Born in Chartres, France, and raised in a cereal farm, Frederic Delarue knew at early age that his life would be in the musical field.

    At the age of 12, a car accident with my parents literally changed his perception of life for ever as he encountered The Angels during a Near Death Experience. This accident was in fact my first Blessing in Disguise.

    One year later, he was intuitively guided to play people's names on his piano and the power of the music scared him as he was playing the music of their souls. What kid at 13 would accept it, especially when he had to keep it for himself.

    Frederic won awards as a pianist, and was trained at one of France’s most prestigious schools of music in Paris, France, then worked as a composer and sound-engineer for record companies and French Television.

    He started to compose at the age of 19 and was refused and humiliated verbally by all the French Labels he approached. So he started to compose more commercial stuff but this 'out of path' lasted 4 years and ended tragically... or let's say, with another Blessing in Disguise.

    At 30, he was paralyzed from waist down. That day, he knew it was a wake up call from God to bring him back to his track. That very day, Frederic committed to God and His Angels to do his life's work.

    October 1999, Frederic moved to Los Angeles and a few months later, was appeared on Real Music’s benefit album: "Cousteau’s Dream", alongside luminaries such as Vangelis, Yanni, Kitaro, Kenny G...

    In 2002, he relocated to the Palm Springs area, following the guidance of the Angels, and released five solo instrumental albums of soothing and healing music: "Voyage of the Soul", "Soaring With The Angels",  "Dolphins... A Message of Love", (voted Top 10 Best New Age Album of 2004),  "Symphony of Light" dedicated to the "Angel on the San Jacinto Mountain in Palm Springs, CA.(Voted Top 10 Best New Age Album of 2006) and "Reflection", and "A Mind Like An Ocean", Frederic's latest release.

    Frederic, thanks to the city of Palm Springs, performs every Thursday evening at "Village Fest" downtown Palm Springs (6-10pm).
On January 24, 2007, Frederic gave birth to his non-profit organization, Cathedral Of Angels, Inc.


    Frederic quotes: My life is a series of Miracles. At 19, when I was teaching piano to children from 5 to 18 years old, I realized my ability to understand each child and see in them their true godly talents. I helped them realize, accept and showcase during the annual Musical Comedy that I was writing for them. All of them discovered a gift they would have never found otherwise.     When you look back on your life, you can often see the seeds being planted for your life’s work. I feel my life’s journey has come full circle."
